Four taps between you and a driver
Pick the service
Tow, battery jump, lockout, fuel delivery, tire change or winch-out (RV plans also include a mobile mechanic). Tap it in the strip above or in the app.
Tell us where you are and which vehicle
Share your location, type an address, or paste GPS coordinates (for example from a map pin) if you would rather not share your location. Pick the vehicle: members already have theirs saved; everyone else enters year, make and model once.
Choose how to pay and see your price
Card, cash to the driver, or your plan. The price for that call shows before you confirm. Members choose their membership price (covered calls show $0, extra calls carry the plan discount) or full price for that call.
Confirm and track your driver live
We dispatch the nearest available driver or partner provider. You see the company coming, their position and ETA on the map, with email or text updates if you have turned them on. Most problems are solved at the roadside; if not, we tow you to the nearest qualified shop, or to a shop you choose with the extra miles quoted up front.
Everything you need to get back on the road

Towing
Flatbed or wheel-lift tow to the nearest qualified shop, or to a shop you choose with the extra miles quoted before you confirm. Light, medium and heavy duty.
Jump starts
If your car won't start because the battery died, White Knight Roadside has your back. When you request a roadside jump start, we'll help you get your vehicle running again right away, whether you need car jump-start services or truck jump-start services.
Sometimes a jump start isn't enough to fix what's wrong with your battery. Our team can fully replace your battery instead: we come out to your location and take care of the battery replacement with ease. Please keep in mind that we do not provide new batteries; we only use batteries that you already own.
Lock-out
If you've locked your keys in the car, there's no need to break a window. We'll quickly get your car door open and your keys back in your hands, so you don't have to break a window or stay in the heat for long.
We know that it can be stressful when you lock your keys in your car. That's why we want to ease your stress as much as possible. When you request lockout service, you can expect us to confirm your location, provide an estimated time of arrival, come out to your location right away, and retrieve your keys from inside your vehicle without damaging it. Just like that, your headache will be over.
Fluid delivery
Are you stranded on the side of the road without gas? We offer car fluid delivery so our clients can get back on the road right away. Whether you need fuel delivery or oil delivery, we can bring any fluid your car needs to run: fuel, antifreeze or oil.
We'll charge you exactly what we paid for the gas that we bring you, so you don't have to worry about an upcharge.
Tire change and repair
There's nothing worse than having to pull over to the side of the highway and change your tire. We offer roadside tire change service so drivers can get right back on the road ASAP. Request it when you don't know how to change a tire, you need to plug a hole in the tire, or you need a jack or other tire-changing equipment.
No matter the situation, our team will make sure you get the help you need.
Winch-out
Stuck in mud, snow, sand or a ditch? We pull you back onto the road and check that the vehicle is safe to drive before you go.
Light mobile mechanic work (call us)
A dead battery can be a pain to deal with, especially when you and your vehicle are left stranded. But don't worry, our mobile mechanic is here to help. Once you give us your location, we'll send a driver to you ASAP. You'll be back on the road in no time.
Is your check engine light on? You may need to replace your car battery or spark plugs. A few other signs you need our services: bad smells, corrosion or a slow engine turnover (battery replacement); a misfiring engine, poor fuel economy or rough engine idle (spark plug replacement). RV plans include mobile mechanic service.
Lock picking and replacement (call us)
Did you accidentally lock yourself out of your house? Are you unable to open your safe? We have just the team ready to lend a helping hand. Whether you need a lock picked for a house or a vehicle, we've got you covered: safes or lock boxes, cars or trucks, homes or apartments, commercial locks.
Go the extra mile for your security by replacing your outdated lock. Book lock replacement by giving us a call.
Paying for a call
Cash is paid to the driver when the job is complete. Cards are only charged when the job is complete; nothing is charged for a request that is cancelled because no driver could be found.
Changed your mind?
Cancel in the app any time until the driver arrives. Before a driver is on the way it costs nothing. If the driver is en route and more than 15 minutes have passed since a provider accepted, a cancellation fee applies: the call counts as used and card payments are charged a percentage of the quoted price. The app warns you first.
What counts as a call
One completed service request, or a late cancellation as above. If no provider can be found and the request is cancelled, it does not count and you are not charged. Calls you pay for yourself never count against your plan.
Beyond your plan
Used your covered calls for the plan year? Extra calls are priced in the app with your plan's discount applied, and you pay only when the service is completed.
No plan yet?
You can still request service and pay the price shown for that call. Join afterwards and the next call can be covered.
Members: vehicles and household
After you join, add each vehicle (year, make, model, plate) and invite up to 4 household members under Account → Household. Each gets an email invitation to create their own login and can request service on the plan.
Alerts are your choice
Email and text alerts are off until you turn them on under Account → Profile → Alerts. The app itself always shows your request status and your driver's position.
Claim reimbursements
On plans with trip interruption or tire & wheel protection, file a claim under Account → Reimbursement claims with your receipts. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days and paid by check or digital payment.
Insurance packets
If your auto insurance includes roadside coverage, ask in the app after any paid call and we email a receipt and claim letter to the claims contact you give us.
