Unlimited roadside calls, $1,000 trip interruption and up to $500 toward a tire or wheel damaged by a road hazard, twice a year.

  • TowingTowed to the nearest qualified repair facility that can work on your vehicle, with no mileage cap. Prefer a shop farther away? The app shows the extra per-mile cost before you confirm.
  • Battery jump startA driver comes out and jump-starts your vehicle. If it will not hold a charge, the same call can become a tow to the nearest shop.
  • Lockout serviceKeys locked inside or lost? We get you back into your vehicle.

Covered calls

Unlimited covered calls for ordinary personal use. Requests beyond what a household would normally need may be reviewed, but service is never blocked.

Trip interruption

Up to $1,000 per incident for lodging, meals and transportation when a covered breakdown leaves you stranded more than 100 miles from home. Keep every receipt.

Tire & wheel protection

Up to $500 per incident, 2 per year, for a tire or wheel damaged by a road hazard. Keep the repair or replacement invoice.

How to claim

  1. In the app open Account → Reimbursement claims and choose the claim type.
  2. Enter the incident date, the amount and a short description; link the roadside call if there was one.
  3. Attach your receipts: 1 to 5 files, PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 10 MB each.
  4. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved amounts are paid by check or digital payment, and you can follow the status in the app.
Fine print

The details

  • Coverage applies to vehicles of the types listed above that are added to the account, when driven by a member of the household. Service is available across the continental United States.
  • A covered call is one completed service request. A request cancelled because no provider could be found is not counted. Unlimited plans are intended for ordinary personal use.
  • Covered tows go to the nearest qualified repair facility. Miles to a destination farther away, and recoveries that need special equipment or involve hazardous or off-road locations, are quoted in the app before you confirm.
  • Fuel delivery includes up to 5 gallons per call. Lockout and tire-change service does not include replacement keys, parts or tires.
  • Reimbursement benefits are per incident, require receipts, and are limited to the caps shown. Tire & wheel claims are limited to 2 per plan year. Trip interruption applies to covered breakdowns more than 100 miles from home.
  • The introductory price applies to the first annual payment, or the first 12 monthly payments, for new members; the regular price applies afterwards. Cancel anytime in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and fees already paid are not refunded.
