Memberships cover roadside service across the continental United States. Request service from the app wherever you break down and we dispatch the nearest available White Knight driver or partner provider.
One service request that a provider completes: a tow, jump start, lockout, fuel delivery, tire change or winch-out. A request you cancel before a driver is on the way is not counted; one cancelled while the driver is en route, more than 15 minutes after a provider accepted it, is. Auto Platinum, Auto Platinum+, RV Standard and RV Platinum include a set number of covered calls per plan year; the Complete plans are unlimited. Calls you pay for yourself never count against your plan.
Yes, in the app any time until the driver arrives. Cancelling before a driver is on the way costs nothing. If the driver is already en route and it has been more than 15 minutes since a provider accepted, a cancellation fee applies: the call counts as used on your plan and card payments are charged a percentage of the quoted price. The app tells you before you confirm.
Covered tows go to the nearest qualified repair facility that can work on your vehicle, with no mileage cap. If you would rather go to a shop of your choice that is farther away, the app shows the extra per-mile cost before you confirm.
New members get off. On an annual plan the discount applies to your first annual payment; on a monthly plan it applies to your first 12 monthly payments. After that the regular price applies. The discount is applied automatically at sign-up.
Yes, in the app at any time under Account → Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep your coverage until then. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Choose cash or card when you request service and see the price before you confirm. Cash is paid to the driver when the job is complete. Cards are only charged when the job is complete, and never for a request that is cancelled because no driver could be found. Members see their covered-call or member price, or can pay full price for that call.
The app shows every status change and your driver's position live. Email and text alerts are off by default; turn either on under Account → Profile → Alerts and you will also get a message when the driver is on the way, arrives and finishes.
